Estimate and color come first. We visit, measure, look at the condition of each surface and ask what you want changed. You get a written, itemized estimate listing rooms or elevations, prep, the Sherwin-Williams products, sheens and coats, at no cost. Once you sign, we settle colors. Sample patches on the actual walls beat chips under store lights, and if your HOA reviews exterior colors, its approval comes before a start date is set.
Then the work. Prep takes the most time: covering floors and plants, patching, scraping, sanding, caulking, replacing soft trim and priming. Painting follows, cutting in by hand and rolling or spraying depending on the surface, with two coats as the standard. Each day ends with the site cleaned up. When we finish, we walk the job with you, mark anything you want touched up, and fix it before we call it done. You receive the written 2-year warranty at the end.

We will tell you the evening before when the plan changes. Rain days push the finish date, never the quality of the prep.
You have one point of contact from estimate through walkthrough. They confirm the start, check in as the work moves room to room or side to side, and handle any change you want to make mid-job. Changes to scope, like adding a room or a color, are written up before the crew does the extra work, so the final invoice matches what you agreed.
The estimate lays out the total and the payment terms before you sign, so there is nothing to work out later. For larger projects, financing is available through Wisetack and Acorn, subject to approval, which lets you spread payments out.
