Faq
It depends on the wood and how it was finished before. Siding that already has paint usually needs to stay painted. Cedar or log-style siding that was stained can be restained in a color that shows the grain. We look at the current finish during the free estimate and tell you which will hold up better in your shade.
We wash the walls and treat the growth so it is gone before any coating goes on, then let the surface dry fully. Painting over algae or mildew traps it and causes peeling. After the work, trimming low branches and clearing leaves from gutters and decks helps keep the walls drier between repaints.
Yes. Many Kingston Springs homes sit on slopes, and we plan ladder setups, access and parking for that during the estimate. Some walls take more setup time than others, and we price the job with that in mind. We keep your driveway and walkways clear at the end of each day.
