Yes. Greenbrier is about 47 miles from Spring Hill, where PaintPro is based, and we schedule Robertson County visits on the same days to keep the drive sensible. The estimate is free and done in person so we can see the siding, trim, brick and any outbuildings you want included.
Usually the old coats have lost their grip on the wood, often because moisture is getting in at joints or from the inside of the wall. New paint over that just peels again. We scrape and sand to a sound edge, prime bare wood, caulk the gaps that let water in and then topcoat, so the new paint has something solid to hold.
Yes. Brick painting is one of the services PaintPro offers in Tennessee. We clean the brick, let it dry fully, repair what we can at the surface and use a coating made for masonry so the wall can still release moisture. Painted brick is hard to undo, so we talk through color and upkeep before you decide.
Some of the newer Greenbrier neighborhoods have an HOA with rules on exterior colors or materials, and older streets usually do not. Check with your HOA before you settle on a color. We can give you the exact Sherwin-Williams color names and sheens to submit, which makes an approval request simple.
We do. Long runs of board fence take a lot of sun and rain out here, and bare wood grays and splits fast. We clean the boards, let them dry, and apply a stain suited to the wood and how much sun it gets. Fence staining can be done on its own or with a house repaint.
