We can give you color names and Sherwin-Williams numbers for the application, and we set the start date once approval is in hand, so nothing goes on the walls that the HOA might reject.
Yes, when the siding is sound. Vinyl expands in the sun, so a color darker than the original can make it warp. We choose from colors rated for vinyl, clean off chalk and mildew, and use a coating made to flex with the panels. If panels are already cracked or loose, we will tell you, since paint will not fix that.
It depends on prep, exposure and the surface. South and west walls fade and chalk faster in the summer sun, and shaded north sides collect mildew. Fiber cement and brick tend to hold paint longer than wood. Good prep and two full coats matter more than anything else. Our written 2-year warranty covers our workmanship, and we can tell you what to watch for after that.
