It depends on exposure more than age. South and west walls, doors and shutters that face full sun fade and chalk sooner than shaded sides. We look at caulk, trim and color at the estimate and tell you honestly whether a full repaint is due or whether repairing and painting the worst sides makes more sense.

We remove doors and hardware, clean and degloss every surface, apply a bonding primer and spray a hard cabinet enamel for a smooth, factory-like finish. Boxes are painted in place with the kitchen masked off so you can keep using the rest of the house.
Yes. Most Nolensville subdivisions have covenants on exterior colors and sometimes on work hours or parking. Check with your HOA before exterior work, and we will provide sample boards, color codes and product names for the approval. We follow the rules your HOA sets once the job begins.
