Bellevue reaches from around Old Hickory Boulevard west toward the Cheatham County line. Sawyer Brown Road, Coley Davis Road and McCrory Lane feed off Highway 70 South and I-40, and Red Caboose Park sits near the middle of the community. The Warner Parks lie just to the southeast. Most of it was built from the 1970s on, so the houses are mainly brick-front subdivision homes, split-levels and newer townhomes. Our crews come over from Spring Hill, about 22 miles south.
A lot of Bellevue homes from the 1970s through the 1990s have brick on the front and wood, hardboard or vinyl siding on the sides and back. Hardboard is the one to watch. No. Bellevue is a community within Nashville and Davidson County, governed by Metro. It has its own identity, schools and shopping, but there is no separate city hall. For a repaint, any outside approval you need will usually come from your HOA rather than a local government, so start with your association.
If the boards are only lightly swollen, yes. We dry them, seal the cut and bottom edges, prime and paint. Boards that have gone soft or are crumbling should be replaced first, because paint cannot hold them together. We will point out which pieces fall into each group during the estimate.
