We can supply color chips or larger samples for the architectural review submission. Wait for written approval before we put the job on the calendar, because repainting a house in an unapproved color is an expensive mistake to undo.
Builder trim often goes up with a single coat over minimal primer, and caulk at joints dries and splits within a few seasons. Water then gets behind the paint, especially on fascia under gutters and on the sunny side of the garage. We scrape, replace any rotted boards, recaulk, prime and apply two finish coats so the repaint lasts.
Yes. Wood fences along back property lines and pressure-treated decks are common here, and Tennessee sun and humidity wear out stain within a few years. We clean the wood, let it dry, make small board repairs you approve, and apply a penetrating stain in the tone you choose. Composite decks need a different approach, which we can explain on site.
